What are the delivery times for orders?
Depending on the delivery address and the fulfillment centre used by Prodigi, estimated delivery times are as below. International delivery is coming soon.
Australia: 3-6 working days
New Zealand: 7-10 working days
From placement of order, manufacturing times vary from 48-72 hours. Delivery and tracking will follow after this time. Any local disturbances to postage services may cause longer delivery times.
Where will my order ship from?
Our fulfilment partner Prodigi has a global printing network with headquarters in the USA, UK and Netherlands. With in house production facilities supported by 70+ print partners across 10+ countries, your order will be shipped from the nearest production location to your address that supports the product you have ordered.
Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?
All items have estimated delivery times that vary depending on the delivery locations around the world. location. However, several factors could delay delivery times, including:
Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address
Customs and import restrictions
Failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one home to receive the order)
Postal strikes
Other adverse conditions (such as storms and natural disasters)
If there is a significant delay with your order, please first check your provided delivery address information is correct, contact you local postal service and check your adjacent neighbouring properties which the courier may have delivered the package to instead.
In the event that an order is not received within 30 days of placing the order, we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement. Contact us at contact@oxeautoart.com, and we’ll make the arrangements. Please note, however, a replacements cannot be offered for free for orders not received due to an incorrect address.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If the product arrives in a damaged state, and you provide photographic evidence of the damage, you may be eligible for a fully replaced product free of charge. Prodigi, our fulfilment partner, will assess the replacement request and advise on if and when a new product will be delivered free of charge.
Do you offer refunds?
If your order arrives at your address damaged or has a production error, you can receive a full refund. Prodigi will assess the refund request, based on the evidence you provide, and advise on if and when a refund can be issued.
What happens if I gave the wrong delivery address?
If the order is lost due to an incorrectly entered delivery address by the customer, the replacement of this order is the responsibility of the customer. If the delivery address is not valid, in some cases the courier will send the package back to the return address, which will be one of our print facilities. If the package is returned to a print facility, we’ll contact you to clarify the correct delivery address, before re-shipping the package at the customers cost. However, it’s important to note that packages are not always returned by the courier. In such cases, the customer will need to place a new order of the product at their own cost.
